Terms & Conditions for Delta Faucet water+ Challenge
1. This Delta Faucet water+ Challenge is being run by Delta Faucet Company India Pvt. Ltd. (“Delta Faucet”).
2. This challenge is open to all, excluding employees or partners of Delta Faucet or anyone professionally connected to this Delta Faucet water+ Challenge.
3. By entering this challenge, the participant agrees to be bound by all the following terms and conditions, in toto.
4. Winners will be selected by Delta Faucet and the winners will be notified every Wednesday from 18th July, 2022 onwards until 6th September, 2022 via Delta Faucet India Instagram handle.
5. Entries are applicable only via Instagram and are open only to residents of India.
6. There is no entry fee and no purchase is necessary to participate in this challenge.
7. Winners are not required to pay anything to receive the prize.
8. Instagram or Facebook are not in any way affiliated or involved in this challenge.
9. Only one entry per Instagram user can be submitted during the entire duration of this challenge.
10. Each participant should enter the challenge via Instagram by following the below mentioned rules:
a. Follow @deltafaucetindia.
b. Make a transformation reel with the Delta Faucet water+ filter.
c. Post the reel on their Instagram page.
d. Nominate and further tag 3 participants to take part in this challenge.
e. Tag @deltafaucetindia and use the hashtag #deltafaucetwaterplus.
f. If the participant has a private account, they should send the reel video created along with a screenshot of their post which shows the reel and the 3 people they have tagged clearly to @deltafaucetindia via Direct Message (DM).
11. Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If a prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Delta Faucet reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.
12. The name, mobile number, email and the shipping address of the winner must be provided to Delta Faucet and will be shared with service providers to enable fulfillment of the prize.
13. Delta Faucet holds the right to use any part of or the entire submission of the participant, their image, statements about the challenge and any other content generated by the participant pertaining to this challenge, for publicity, news, advertising, promotional purpose, and so forth, without any further notice, review, consent, compensation or remuneration.
14. The selected winner’s name and social media username may be posted on social media profiles of Delta Faucet.
15. Posts and comments should not have any offensive or discriminatory content and Delta Faucet reserves the right to accept or reject any post or its any part thereof without having to provide any reasoning to anyone.
16. When a participant posts or uploads a video, photo or written material, they are guaranteeing that their entry is original and their own, they have all rights, consents and licenses to post this content and that this content does not infringe any intellectual property rights of any third party.
17. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond Delta Faucet’s reasonable control, Delta Faucet reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this challenge or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
18. In case of any dispute or disagreement pertaining to any aspect of this challenge or prize fulfilment, Delta Faucet’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
19. By entering this challlenge, the participant agrees to release Delta Faucet from any liability whatsoever from any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind pertaining to this challenge.
20. Any disputes arising out of this challenge will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurgaon.
